About Us Roxanne and Al Thomsen began working together years ago in Emergency Services as a Paramedic and Firefighter, respectively. That partnership has led to a lifetime of adventure together that brought them from Calgary, Alberta to San Diego, California where they have lived with their family for the last decade. From humble beginnings they have built a successful business working hand in hand and day to day, driving more than eighteen million dollars in sales. In April, 2013 they launched TriOrtho Inc, a distribution company focused on delivering outstanding customer service, orthopedic oriented medical devices, and biologics.
